Together, they have leased out more than two million square meters of office and commercial space to high quality tenants and delivered multi-billion worth of real estate revenues to landlords and investors.
The founding partners, equipped with invaluable expertise, established their own consultancy firm, Lobien Realty Group, Inc., and boldly entered the Philippine real estate market in 2019.

Our People

Sheila Lobien is currently the Chief Executive Officer and the main force in putting up Lobien Realty Group, Inc. (LRG), a full-service real estate consultancy and property investments strategy firm engaged in commercial and office space leasing, capital investments optimization and property acquisition and sales. She envisions LRG to become a major player in the Philippines' real estate industry in the next several years. Sheila believes that LRG's core team-- which was instrumental in leasing out more than a million square meters of office and commercial space in key business districts in the Philippines in less than a decade-- will bring the same professionalism, dedication and phenomenal performance in LRG.
Prior to Lobien Realty Group, Sheila was a Regional Director and Head of Project Leasing of a Fortune 500 property consulting firm. She was also a General Manager of Regus Manila and was one of those who spearheaded Regus' then-novel concept of shared and plug-and-play office space in the early 2000's. Currently, Regus has more than 30 business centers all over the Philippines, making it the leading shared office company in the country.
Sheila advocates gender equality and women empowerment. She currently chairs the Women in Business Committee of the European Chamber of Commerce in the Philippines (ECCP), whose key activities provide an avenue for mentoring, networking and other social activities geared to uplifting women professionals in the Philippines.
Sheila graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism degree from University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City and took up Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Philippines, Master of Business Management, University of the Philippines in Manila, Management Executive Program at National University of Singapore and INSEAD Business School.

Jericho is the Director and Chief Operating Officer of Lobien Realty Group.
He was very recently an Associate Director of a Fortune 500 property consultancy firm in the country, wherein he was instrumental in transacting over 400,000 square meters of office and commercial space (around Php 300 million in monetary amount), mainly in the Central Business Districts of Metro Manila and Metro Cebu. He had a sterling record in leasing out office and commercial spaces under exclusive leasing arrangements, where he was a member of a core team of professionals that handled more than 100 office buildings under exclusive project leasing arrangements.
Jericho is a versatile, highly-focused and client-oriented real estate professional—making him the default agent of many clients—both from the tenant and landlord sides.
Jericho was previously a sales manager at Fraser Place Manila where on many occasions, he was assigned to various countries to train the newly-minted sales teams of newly opened Fraser Place serviced apartments—a responsibility given only to high-performing sales managers of the Fraser Place chain of apartments worldwide.
Jericho holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institutions Management from the University of the Philippines-Diliman, Quezon City, Philippines.

Steph is the Associate Director and Chief Markets Officer of Lobien Realty Group—a position she is most familiar with being one of the top performing senior sales officers of a Fortune 500 property consultancy firm in the Philippines.
Steph rose from the ranks in her most recent company, starting her career as one of the company’s market analysts and was responsible for closing more than 200,000 square meters of office and commercial space (around Php 200 million in transaction value) by the time she left the said company.
Steph’s unmatched ability to find the most suitable spaces for clients based on clients’ requirements, time and budget constraints by providing assistance from site inspections, contract negotiations and sharing insightful recommendations to find the best solutions has earned her the stripes for assuming greater responsibility at Lobien Realty Group.
Steph’s focus on details and appreciation of the big picture, skills she learned while working with a forex company and a plastics manufacturing company where she was expected to do fundamental and technical analyses and give alternative courses of actions, prepared her extremely well in her real estate consulting role.
Steph graduated from De La Salle University-Manila with a Bachelor of Arts Major in Communication Arts-Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Business Management. Steph also attended several courses at Beijing Language and Culture University, where she learned Mandarin and Fookien.
