COMMERCIAL and office space specialist and full-service property strategy firm Lobien Realty Group Inc. recently inked a memorandum of agreement (MOA) with manufacturing, distributing and marketing global giant Samsung Electronics Philippines Corp. in order to support businesses that wished to scale their growth and digitize their operations in an efficient manner.
Aligned in their goal of supporting businesses and enterprises in the Philippines through their respective technologies, Lobien Realty Group and Samsung Electronics Philippines collaborated in order to broaden initiatives that provided a more strategic consultancy.
Lobien Realty Group CEO Sheila Lobien underscored the firm’s reach and expertise as the key factors for the interest of Samsung Electronics to form a partnership.
“We take pride in having this partnership with Samsung Philippines. The synergy between Lobien Realty Group and Samsung [Electronics] Philippines holds immense opportunities, especially in the B2B (business-to-business] push of Samsung [Electronics] Philippines Corp. We are very excited,” Lobien said.
Meanwhile, Samsung Electronics Philippines President Min Su Chu cited the global technology efficiencies of the multinational giant as the suitable reason why the Lobien Realty Group agreed to the collaboration.
“At Samsung, we are proud to offer world-class technology that can truly help businesses digitize their operations in an efficient way,” Min Su said.
She went on to explain why the agreement of Samsung Electronics Philippines with the Lobien Realty Group allowed the Korea-based multinational conglomerate to contribute toward Philippine economic development.
“This partnership with [the] Lobien Realty Group is part of our concrete commitment to support the nation-building agenda of strengthening our various business sectors to continue the country’s momentum of growth,” Min Su added.
Agreeing with the Lobien Realty Group CEO, the Samsung Electronics Philippines president reminded that it was the synergy between leaders and their respective organizations that allowed them to turn opportunities into successful initiatives.
“We are grateful to have partners [such as] LRG (the Lobien Realty Group) that share in the same mission and vision,” Min Su concluded.
