Tower 6789

Tower 6789, otherwise known as Makati Tower or Alphaland Makati Tower, is the 11th tallest building in the country’s financial district. Developed by Alphaland in 2013, the tower is a 35-storey building with a total of 10 elevators and a typical floor plate of 1,600 sqm. Its design makes for good natural lighting, evidently seen in its grand lobby, which is entirely clad in glass to admit natural light. It has a wide range of amenities, including state-of-the-art conference centers, meeting rooms, dining facilities, and security systems. In addition to this, its ground floor is entirely allocated to commercial and retail spaces, making these stores easily accessible for the occupants of the building. It is not only PEZA accredited, but it also has a pre-certified GOLD rating (Core and Shell) with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System.
