One World Place‎

One World Place is a 32-storey office building located in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines. The building offers high-efficiency elevators, a VRV/VRF air-conditioning system, fiber optic backbone, and flexible floor plates, allowing tenants to customize their spaces according to their individual design criteria. The building enjoys convenient access to major office and residential buildings, hotels, and restaurants. In 2013, One World Place received the “Five-Star” Best Office Development in the Philippines award at the Asia Pacific Property Awards. It is also a PEZA-registered IT park.
